Loved my first visit to Body Haus! Natalie is such a welcoming instructor that truly customizes the workout to your levels. She accommodates where needed and pushes the body to grow. Traditional Pilates from a solid instructor is rare to come by- and Natalie is a gem. So grateful I stopped in and can’t wait to go soon!

I've had excellent experiences at Body Haus. I love the reformer Pilates series, and no one does Hot Yoga like this club. I also like the recovery amenities that are offered. If you have not been to Body Haus yet, you need to book an intro deal, get a tour, and you will see the value of investing in yourself
